The current owners have completed the Master Drainage Plan, Transportation Impact Assessment, Wetland Delineation and Biophysical Impact Assessments, Phase 1 EIA, and Preliminary Geotechnical in support of the draft Sierra Vista ASP. Proposing single and multi-family residential, retail, and golf course development within the area. This 140 acre parcel is available individually or together with the adjoining 53, 88 and 159 acre parcels. These lands are located east of the Kinniburgh development in east Chestermere and south of Highway 1 and will utilize Town of Chestermere services. Exising buildings may be removed by Seller.
